Project Description:
Flynn performed renovations and repairs to the interior and exterior of the hotel. The scope of work included demolition of existing penthouse storage room, installation of steel roof supports, parapet walls and decorative building popouts. New front stucco façade, decorative composite metal panels on the front of the hotel and entrance. The exterior renovation also included painting of the whole building, installing parapet caps and installation of decorative lighting and signage. Miscellaneous repairs throughout the hotel and replaced wood deck and ADA ramp.
