    Flynn Construction, Inc. is looking for Project Managers to work in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and exp. (1) reviewing daily production time cards and verify materials; (2) cost estimation and billing for construction projects;  (3) serving as a liaison between construction activities and the accounting team; (4) collaborating with engineers and architects; and (5) delegating subcontractors’ responsibilities.
